Original title deed of site alloted by govt lost

(Querist) 28 June 2019 This query is : Resolved 
Original title deed of my father's site(alloted by govt) was submitted to court about 25 years back. The case was disposed but haven't got back original papers. One advocate told that court has destroyed the documents. I just know case number and have some photocopies of khata, tax receipts. What's the remedy? Can I get certified copy of tile deed?
