What are the documents required to be prepared and registered by the Real Estate Developer before commencement of a residential complex and/or commercial Complex.

ownership documents, development plan, X-shijra, non-encumbrance certificate, approval of all concerned authorities, site plan, sources of money and plan for securing the money, all agreements/contracts connected thereto development plan etc.
