Do you have a company?
Further, what for do you want to omit serial numbers in between the numbers of shares?

However, at first you are required to understand the difference between denomination and the distinctive numbers.

1. Share Certificate Denomination can be from 1/- to n amount, subject to approval of ROC
2. A Share Certificate can be of minimum 1 share to any number of odd & even numbers, subject matching with the Balance Sheet of the Co.

Ms. Tanvi Goyal,

Although your problem is of pure academic nature, not a real problem, but as I feel, the fact is that you have not been able to convey your problem correctly.

Although the expert, Mr. Hemant Agarwal, has tried to give answer to your query, but can you confirm that the answer is exactly what you wanted to know and also that you were not already aware of what he stated?
