the inspector of police making false report to higher officials and he said that i am visited my temple with drunken state but am belongs to bramin community i am ready to prove that am not drunked .and my father sended blood test reports to inspector of police and asked under rti act ,
he replied that he didnt said that word{he visted drunken state } what should i do now ?
2. intentially he making false alligations on me.

Has any case registered against you? If so under what section?

If inspector has informed his senior wrongly, it is his senior to verify the fact. You come into picture, if any case has been registered against you?
