I want to know whether a WILL is to get registered compulsorily? How can create a WILL? I want a format of WILL DEED. Kindly send by anyone?

will is not required to registered. but u can registered it for safe side.

It is not mandatory to register the will, but it is good to have will registered. u can contact lawyer to get the will prepared and if u wish u can register it also. If u r in Mumbai then I may help u. crsukhija@yahoo.com
