bail

a person can aply 4 anticipatory bail under sec438.But before such relief is granted interlocutory order is passed and in the meanwhile notice is served upon public prosecutor enabling him to prepare 4 his defence.I would like to know the possible interlocutory orders that can be passed .

Arrest till filing of the reply and leading argument can be made by court of sessions judge or High court wherein such bail application has been moved.
