One eviction case is at Tamil nadu munsiff court to evict a tenant from my friends building.if he succeed the case,can he evict the tenant soon?
Should he wait more proceedings?is there any chance to tenant bring legal objection? should he try caviout filing?will tenant bring stay?can he get a direction from high Court for total solution to avoid delay in eviction.because petitioner need quick eviction of tenant from his building

Any litigant aggrieved by any judgment has a right to prefer an appeal against the judgment before the appellate court. If the eviction petition has been disposed in your favor, you may have to wait till the completion of appeal time and then file an EP to execute the order.
