How to get back possesstion of the flat

i hasd rented out a flat to a family and leave license agreement was registered.
licensee has not paid the license fee (rent) for pat three months . how do i go about?

i dont have their permanent address and no one stays in the flat given

i only have one phoneno of the tenant and there is no response .
pl advice how to go about

if tenant is no more with whom the agreement was done how to proceed.

You should have taken Id, of the tenant.

File case for possession and court permission to break open the lock and prepare the list of inventory before the court representative.
