Equal right for woman in ancestoral property

A daughter married in 1962.property yet to be partitioned.will she get equal share . until now she has not enjoyed anything out of the property. Please advise

Mam,

Please let me know whether the same was self acquired property or an ancestral property, because after the 2015 ruling, the position in ancestral property has been different.
