Default in paying rent

One of my tenant has defaulted in paying the monthly rent Rs.360/- as per English calendar for consecutively for three months can I file an ejectment suit against him ?

1) serve notice for arrears of rent
2) file suit on failure

Yes you can file if not regularized after sending legal notice.

Yes, you can file an eviction suit after giving him a legal notice about his default and demanding him to clear the arrears.
