i wanted to know whether maharashtra apartment ownership act is notified for entire state.

This act is known as Maharashtra Apartment ownership Act, 1970 and it extends to the whole state of Maharashtra.

As per section 1(3)of the act except section 1 all the remianing provisions of the act shall come into force in such areas, and on such dates, as the state government may by notification appoint.So whether i can bring the property under the said act even if the provisions of the act are not notified for a particular place?
