I am running a local search website.
I am going to give a online support for a dress shop.Currently dress shop don't have the online e-commerce website. The owner of the shop wants to sell the dresses online.
So he approched me for the online support.
So I will fix 10% above the actual price and will sell the dresses.
I created the website also.
My company also not registered.
So, bills are going to be processed in the name of the dress shop.
But website will be name as a separate name not in the exact shop name.
So, My question is If run a website in different name and gives the bill in exact dress shop's name . what are constraints in it and Is that legal? Please advice

You have to register your company and website also if you trading with different name and if the shop is also not registered he also have to register as without registration he is not entitled to sell and give bill for business he use to do.Better you consult some CA in your area.

You can sell someone else’s products if you have an agreement to sell and also for the rates.
You can’t sell above MRP.
There is price structure usually e.g. PTS, RP,MRP…………….
You need to register your establishment to engage in your business activity.
It is better to consult an able Lawyer/CA and they can help you to register and also drat the agreement that shall protect your business interest.

Besides the above advises and suggestions, it is always better to obtain a personal advise from local consultant/CA about further proceedings in this issue and proceed.
