my wife has filed 498 and dv case against me its in evidence stage. if 498 is proven to be false can i go for divorce. how much time it will take. please reply

yes if it is proved that false 498A case has been filed apply for divorce on grounds of mental cruelty. number of judgement that filing false 498A case amounts to mental cruelty
