A hindu male whose name is XYZ has ancestral property which is 9 acres land.
XYZ has wife,son and daughter in XYZ's family. XYZ's daughter is born in year 1978. If XYZ died in year 2007 without making a will, will XYZ's daughter get equal share in XYZ's ancestral property with XYZ's son on basis of HSA amendment 2005 ?
