False 498a against u/s 24

Dear Sir,
my wife filed false 498,323,125,114 and other cases on 18/06/2013.
now i lose my job and due to criminal i m not able to get good job in my city. my wife is government employee and earning more then 25k month.
i am going to file my Maintenance U/s 24 HMA

please advice me how to handle it?

can i ask my traveling expense during every trial in court?

how i get maintains from my wife ?

Yes, you can claim alimony pendente lite in the proceeding u/s 24 of HMA. Traveling expenses is unlikely though.
