Registration of co-operative housing society which earlier chawl,

Registration of Society Under the Maharashtra Society Act, 1960.

The residential place which is chawl, now they resident of the place people wanted to registered the same and Co-operative Housing society.

More than 60 member are in the chawl,
what the rules and regulation required for registration of society,
Document and Law application.

I am law student wanted to know the procedure and documentation for the same.

read the provisions of maharashtra cooperative societies act . application has to be made to registrar as prescribed under the act
