Procedure for court marrriage

i have just completed my bds,presently preparing for ias in delhi,i want to marry a girl of my caste,right now she is in allahabad,her parents are not ready for me as presently iam not working as i am preparing for ias mains,so they are forcing her to marry sum1 else.
so i wish if you could help us out in doing court marriage.can any 1 plz tell me exact procedure of court marriage in delhi.as we both are from up we dont have delhi voter card or any residential proof,rest we have all documents
