hello ,
I am doing an internship and I am badly stucked with one research. I have to find a citation which says that custody of the child should not be given to someone who has some criminal charges or has done some criminal offence (necesarily being under sec420 ipc). Could you please suggest some citations on this topic. Supreme court and High judgments would be higly appreciated.

Sir,
I tried searching it on indiakanoon, manupatra but all the cases relates to charges under sec498A and sec 361 not on sec 420.Anything regrading sec 420 would be really helpful.
