my dear sir court is not entitle to give cast certificates.
it's apropriate authorty is disstrict magistrate and his subordinates.
plz. clearfy wht is d problem?
whyb u want court help for cast certificate?

the problem is that the authorities makes a huge delay to give the certificate. so kindly assist me what to do further.

Court has no power to issue a cast certificate.
If they are delaying,take help from higher authorities.

This is repeated quarry and various replies have already been submitted and now instead of waiting here go to ur area patwari and sarpanch and get from them attested your form certifing your cast and then submit an affidavit in support of claim of ur caste and then file the same before concerned executive magistrate, the certificate in haryana is generally issued within 2 hours of its submission. I dont know abt ur State, however, courts are not empowered to do so and if any day empowered, these shall take at least a period of 5 years. Have you so spare time????//
