Living in fathers house

(Querist) 21 February 2013 This query is : Resolved 
A is 80 years old and only living among 7 brothers. His fathers house is undivided and still in his fathers name. One of his brothers son is living in that house. He cannot afford to go the legal way to claim his share. But he want to live in a portion of the house for the rest of his life. Is there any way for him to live in that house.

hehas right to stay in said house as it belongs to his father .
