Clarification on property documents

Hi Sir,

I had purshased a plot on 2002 from "X" and in pocession till date.
"X" had purchased the plot on 1998 from "Y" represented by their GPA holders.
Now I feel a need of taking loan against my property. Need your guidance on legal documents that might be required for approval of loan.
I do not pocess any other documents cuurently.

If u approach the bank , they will give a list which documents u need to produce, in general they will ask ur sale deed, mother deed , tax paid receipt, encumbrance certificate , Katha certificate

Generally a title search is needed by bankers which includes title deeeds, any litigation on the property, any encumbrance etc. So better to take this through a local lawyer.
