pleae help anybody for the citation for article 58 and 59 of limitaion act
fact:pricipal cancelled the power of attorney after execution of sale deed and filed suit for declaration.

law is nothing but a common sense. If the registered sale-deed was got executed and registered on behalf of a owner by his GPA and the owner cancels the same thereafter, there is no effect over the buyer as he is lawful owner of the purchased property and law of limitation has nothing to do in this scenario though you have not mentioned the facts of the case.
