Pay fixation on incharge arragements

Sir,

I am herewith attaching my representation in regard to fixation of pay in the higher cadre. Please kindly help me. I am ST employee. Any exemptions given by STATE/Central Govt. for SC/ST employees.

No attachment is found enclosed here so unable to comment, however, as per my knowledge, there is no such preferential right of fixation of higher pay scale for SC/ST employees in any State.
