How to sue for unpaid salary by kfa

Hi I have been a confirmed employee for kfa since Oct 2010 I have resigned in July this year as they owed me 5 mth of unpaid salary and flight duty time. They told me that they would deduct 50000 rs as 3 mths basic salary and clear my dues. They haven't even given me an I.O.U. And haven't heard from them at all infact with all the controversy I don't even think he ll pay up I also have fellow unpaid ex and current employees that are in the same boat. Who should I sue in the company and how so that we can get justice for all the mental trauma all of us have been through the company has also taken 55000 as dd when cabin crew initially. Joined as security deposit which was to be released after 3 yrs can I claim that back also. Please reply I have no one to go to as my parents don't believe in the judicial system and want me to let go of it but I feel cheated and want justice
