Sir,
My friend have some 2500 sq feet land in main area in trichy in tamilnadu and its own earnings and after marriage my friend has two children and his have some illegal contact with someone so my friend leave her without given divorce and married with second wife and she have two children now first wife get death certificate of my friend and register that land her name and family settlement has been registered in hewr children name now my friend need some money for his medical treatment but his first wife refused to give land and he willing to settle 60% in total value of that land but she wont , what can we do?
there is any solution for this litigation?

How is possible to obtain death certificate when he is alive? If such illegal act has been done then your friend needs to file a criminal case against all such persons involved in this game and another civil suit should be filed seeking setting aside of change of ownership.
