Bail in cases under section 376

How long it take to get bail in cases under section 376 ?other party is fully ready to compromise and both parties are raedy for marriage.please help me by your answers. bail petition is already rejected twice in district court and case is pending in high court.

Other party had also filed a petition for quashing of the case.

if its a marriage case then HC is likely to oblige in the matter.

try to go in for quashing as well.

In one of my cases, the P&H high court allowed the quashing of FIR where the accused and the prosecutrix got married....but its not necessary that the court will pass the similar orders in your case.

I do agree with the reply of ld frnd Mr Kiran ji there are few cases in whic bail has been granted with some condition pls bring the matter of marriage to the Hon'ble court thru ur lawyer, court may consider
