Stamp duty & registration fees on midc plot

Dear All,

Please let me know what is the Stamp Duty rate and Registration fees payable for procuring plot at Ambarnath MIDC .

Also kindly let me know where I can get the details of Registration fees and stamp duty?

Is theire any difference in stamp Duty & registration fees for procuring Residential plot or plot at MIDC, and does rate of fees & Duty remain same for resale transaction also .

stamp duty would be as per bombay stamp act . it would depnd upon value of plot . registartion fees are areound rs 30,000/
