Dear Sir,
We have two shops and my mother has given it for rent to two real brothers without any rent agreement. It just for her kindness and the poorness of these two brothers.
But now these two brothers file a permanent injunction suit for not dispossess from the said shops.
They have file suit as defendant to me not for my mother where as i am neither the owner of the shop nor taken the rent of the said shop. Also my mother has not giving any rent receipt two them.
Now the plaint copy was received by me.

My questions are that
How I defend ?
How I dispossess the shop ?
What are my legal rights
What are the latest citations regarding to such type of cases with respect to Opposite parties ?
How to prevent/stop to plaintiffs for taking him Stay in a very short time period ?

your mother is oiowner of these 2 shops . as such she has to issue legal notice and file suit for eviction against the 2 brothers .
in your reply you have to mention that you are not the owners of 2 shops and that your mother is formal , proper and necessary party to suit
