Property NOC and Transfer
My father is having four son. Other three brothers is having property in their respective name. my property currently is in the name of my mother.she wish to transfer the said property in my name after she expires as I don’t have any property and brothers are agree on this.
Kindly advise me if NOC is required for this from my other brothers and format is required for the same.
And how the said property can be transferred in my name.
Is nominee form is filled up is adequate or other things need to be done

nomination is not sufficent . your mother should make a will bequeathing flat in your name . no NOC from brothers required as on date
