Ownership of property

Sir,

my father are two brother. my father bought some agricultural land from third party and done registry in my name when i was minor(approx 13-14 years).after some time my father divide all property in two parts,and given one part to my uncle.when i was major(approx 21 years) but I refused to give my uncle which property in mine name .so they filed case against my father & me in TAHASIL. can I win the case in court against my uncle ?
