Your eldest brother must have filed the suit on behalf of all the brothers as per the authority given to him. Hence all the brothers will have a share in the amount received from the state Govt.. Even if there is no agreement for sharing the expenses, your eldest brother who has received the money from the State Govt can deduct the expenses incurred by him to prosecute the case and balance distribute to other brothers.
