What is the validity of an unregistered will. My advocates say that its perfectly fine as the basic requirement of signature of 2 witnesses has been duly fulfilled. Shall I face any problem while getting my name updated on the property card after my father's death.

There is no validity period of a Will.

After the death of the testator you would require to take Probate of the same to give nay effect of the Will.
