Advice for fi9ling chargesheet while wp is pending in hc

HELLO SIR,

CAN THE COPS HASTILY FILE THE CHARGEHEET IN THE TRIL COURT EVEN WHEN THE WRIT PETITION IS PENDING IN THE HC FOR QUASHING THE FIR.

PLS GIVE PROPER ADVICE AND GUIDANCE AND THE REMEDY FOR IT.

There is no connection between the quashing of FIR and submission of charge sheet.
Because of this reasons most of the High Courts unless in absurd cases do not interfere in investigation by way of Quashing till the Charge Sheet is submitted.
