I want to get married to a chinese in india and then get the same registered in china. i am a divorcee. Pl advice.

You may marry under the special marriage act or the foreign marriage act which is registered and legal too, however since you intend to register the same in china it is better to consult a local advocate there.

About registering the marriage in China, the advise of the advocate from China would be required.
