That the father of A had received the field and house property by way of parttion of his fathe i.e grandfather of A

and father of A sale the portion of field property to another person in 2009

Whether A can filed suit for partition ?

what is the limitation for filing the suit ?

How to compute the limitation from the date of sale deed or if any ?

pls valrify urgent .

It is the self acquired property of the father of A.
He can do with it as he wishes.
