Claim of theft vehicle

Dear Experts,
I insured my car but the insured car was stolen and i lodged FIR and informed the insurance company. after passing two years insurance company has not released the amount of police. They said that i have not supplied them original keys of stolen car and it is also blamed by insurance company that ownership of car is not transferred by me on the name of insurance company.
Kindly tell me sir are these valid grounds taken by insurance company??

Kindly tell me the latest Supreme court judgment in my favour.

has insuurance company repudiated your claim in writing ? what are groumnds for repudiation ?

were you called upon to hand over original car keys by company ? or transfer ownership of car?

contact local lawyer .mobve consumer forum for deficency in service

i already filed complaint before consumer court and now case is on agruments and i want to show supreme court judgment in my favour to president........so tell me the latest judgment.

they are demanding original keys and transfer of ownership but i think this is not required by law?? Am i right sir????
