Legal procedure for security coverage

Dear Experts,
we are having 60 flats in five apartments.
we do not have any registered society but
we want to start security coverage for our
car parking through an security agency.now
how to proceed?PL.suggest.

You can frame a temporary society and can move ahead as desired and meanwhile you should start process of registration.

Even a proposed society can employ the service provider so please form the same and proceed.

Do expedite to form the society as it is beneficial to all of you and the society will get the title of the land (or the lease if it is leasehold) in its name.

RESPECTED EXPERTS,
Ref my query dated 27/5/12 regarding legal
procedure for security coverage.
Thanks for your useful advices but two more
suggestion required.
1}details of security personnel to be given to local police station or not? is it mandatory?
2}cash receipt for contribution mandatory
or not?
