please tell me After marriage, i can file the mhada form in the previous name.I have already submitted the mhada form on my latest name & my husband name combined in the middle group. I want to file the mhada form in the lower group on the basis of my income. But i file the form in latest name then i should show husband income also.it will be came under middle group income.But i file form under lower income. So can i file it in the previous name.is it fraud? OR Can i file the mhada form in the both name (i.e. previous name & Latest name)Please guide me as early as possible.due date is 23rd
