i am member of co op hsg society in mumbai subs my query is the secretary of society is rufused to give aknowlegedment on letters of complaints,requests etc,on the ground that as per procedure of soceity.is it true as bylaws or otherwise,his act is as per rules.pl advice.thanks

Send Complaint by Regd Ad Post, with Copy to registrar, and Federation. Also Complain that Secretary refused to accept Communication & Compl by Members.
