Ownership of property

Dear sir,

As per Family law property of father,after the death of father distribution is equally between son & daughter.

Any decision given by supreme court if a son who has done all take care of his father till last day of his father death.

So the property in the name of father is transfer to those son who take care of father till death.

no such decision . on detah of father property to be divided equally among legal heirs .

if your father wanted you to have all his property he would have made a will in your favour

All children are have equal right on their father,s assests. If any of children browwed loan and spent for father's treatment then with the other children' NOC sell any property and settle.

All legal heirs have equal rights in the property, if the person dies w/o a will.
