my husbands divorce petition is restored at family court on 26 March 2012 from the stage of written statement filed by me.my husband had given consent to remand the matter back and with consent of me and my husband divorce petition is restored

Oh OK.

The second marriage would be null and void. However no case of bigamy is made out.
