Regading desolving of marriage

I am 21 year old graduate man and I got married 4 or 5 years back and I have a male child kid of 2.6 years old. I have age proof of my child and mine. now my wife is threatening for filing false 498a.
now I want of know that at the time of marriage i had not attempted the age of 21 years. so in this case can this marriage be disolved. plz reply

No , it cannot be dissolved.
What is the age of ur wife today??
Probably she can go for Rape also!!if under age, and u was adult???

No you can go for divorce you cannot misuse the provisions of Nullity of marriage.

Dear Kuldeep,
You are 21years and attracting 498 A.When you got married you and your wife were minors,and you boast of 2.6 years old son.What was the age of your wife when you got married.It must have been a run away marriage.How can it be official, if it was not solomenised according to rituals or registration.As you were minors at that time,and if it was termed official marriage,the persons who performed should be prosecuted.In all aspects you are on the wrong side of law.If she was a minor at the time of conceiving your son,you can be charged with rape.You are putting your entire life at stake.Only destiny will save save you.
This is an elderly advice for the youth of today,who are on the wrong track.
