Please Advice.

How to obtain and how much time would take to have injunction order of property in Delhi and what would be the revised court fees, if circle rate is about 40,000/- Per Sq. Mtr.

Also, If any benefit/rebate for senior citizens or females.

Kindly share any case study or format of petition.

Dear Quriest,

You are requested to kindly provide the case deails,otherwise we will not be in a position to provide the correct advice.There is no such rebate as you mentioned.Injunction is only an interim relief.You can file for injunction u/s 151cpc.
