CASE FILED FOR NON PAYMENT OF RENT 15 MONTHS BACK IS BEING DRAGGED BY DEFENDENT LAWYER UNNECESSARILY. EARLIER BY NOT FILING W/S THEN NOT APPEARING ON DIFFERENT DATES FIXED FOR THE CASE INSPITE OF COSTS. WHEN CASE CAME FOR EXPARTE PROCEEDINGS HE MOVED APPLICATION FOR SETTING IT ASIDE. RENT DUE AFTER FILING SUIT IS ALSO DUE AND OUR SUBMISSION FOR PAYMENT OF RENT IS NOT YET CONSIDERED. HOW LONG RENT IN ARREARS WILL BE DENIED TO ME

Dear Sir,
By approaching a good advocate, make him to file petition under Order 15A CPC which is an instrument to get rent due or otherwise the defense can be strike our and direct for eviction without any trail
