this property is coming under village majas - jogeshwari mumbai.
CTS no. 155(pt) 154(pt), survey no. 48 (pt)

What is the stamp duty and registration fee.

can we pay stamp duty on carpet area.

Ask local Mumbai lawyer about the same.

Stamp duty is payable on complete land area.
