Sir,

I am 36 yrs old working for MNC Bank, I hv done my UG in Banking Management. I would like to take a law course (part time/corres) kindly advise me a suitable course which covers Property Law, law which comes u/s 138, for recovery, etc.

you ahve to do general law course . it covers trnasfer of property act , negotibale insturments act and other laws

Since your age is more than 30 years, so you have to check college also, that allow for admission.
