What does the below mean?

A decree of restitution of conjugal rights, in India, can be executed by attachment of the property of the respondent.

It means that the plaintiff who files, prosecutes and succeeds in his petition for seeking relief of restitution of conjugal rights if he/she goes for execution of decree than in the failure of the judgement debtor to honour the court decree his/her property can be attached pursuant to the order of the Court.

And in addition to the above - if the respondent is the husband - i.e if the husband fails to comply with RCR and does not resume cohabitation with his wife - the court can also order him to pay maintenance to his wife. (O.21 R.32/33 CPC)
