Sir,

Please let me know, is it necessary for B.pharm candidate to get into apprenticeship in a pharma company and secondly if it is compulsory whether it is mandatory to complete 1 year.

Yes & Period is as per your agreement mutually decided period at the time of offering you apprenticeship.

I do not think that apprenticeship is mandatory for B.Pharma candidate. It may be the policy of the particular organisation.
