Shop on good will

Hello, i am having one shop purchased on good will and paying Rs. 200.00 per month as RENT from 1985,( BUT GOOD WILL IS NOT LEGAL IN GUJARAT ).,but now owner forcing that we should vacant the building.in earthquake building were damaged and we/tenents paid for repairing. pls advise on mail id bhagwan_jeswani@yahoo.com

Sir, it is shop. and from 1985 we are regularly paying rent.,and in year 2002 we ground floor shops made repairing and amount was paid by all shop owners.

You should resist the eviction notice and if any petition is filed against you then you are free to take all grounds in support of your claim for non-eviction/
