Instead of asking for definitions of terms through different threads, it would have been better for you to have posted your actual problem.

It seems you have been charge sheeted under the CDA Rules of your PSU. You need to read the said CDA Rules. The CDA rules, in itself, often provides definition of such terms.

I do agree with the advice of Dhingra ji. Read carefully CDA rules of your PSU and obtain the desired results/reply.

Integrity is not defined in the CDA Rules. Please speak out what is charge against you and only then it can be said that whether lack of intergrity is involved or not.

The integrity is not defined. It has general dictionary meaning i.e.adherence to moral and ethical principles. lack of integrity means lack of adherence to moral and ethical principles. There is no parameter or scale for determination of lack of integrity.it differ from fact to facts and circumstances to circumstance.
